Lydie joined in 2012 and is responsible for the full client experience with EPG Global from the initial Sales discussions, to the day-to-day interactions managed by the Account Management team, and for Claims management. We pride ourselves on managing claims in a professional, ethical and timely manner. Lydie leads the team to ensure that this is the claims experience our clients receive from EPG Global. Lydie is fluent in a number of languages and is the lead relationship manager for key clients based in multiple countries.
Dave has over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing and warranty in the construction, agricultural and automotive sectors. His technical and management experience began with Mercedes Benz and has since included working for many of the world’s leading manufacturers in these sectors covering areas such as product support, quality control, field service, international training and network development. Dave is proficient in component analysis and warranty arbitration, with a passionate interest in engineering and design technology.
Carly joined EPG Global in 2016 and manages the Operations team. As such, she has responsibility for a number of business-critical areas which not only ensure the smooth running of EPG Global’s client programmes but also provide our clients with competitive advantage. Foremost amongst these responsibilities are the creation and management of the dedicated online portals with quote, registration and claim management functionality. In addition, Carly manages the regular reporting suite of KPIs tailored to each client’s programme.
Scott began his career at one of the global manufacturers of agricultural and construction equipment, where he developed the parts and service aspects of the business. The natural step for Scott was to take on the role of Business Manager and subsequently Business Director of the UK & Ireland market in the construction sector. Scott joined EPG Global in 2017 as Business Development Manager and works with manufacturers and dealerships to offer the highest standards in customer service across EPG Global’s range of products.
