Residual Value Guarantee

Our Residual Value Guarantee (RVG) insurance is ideally suited for manufacturers and financing companies of construction, agricultural, vocational transport, material handling and access equipment in Europe.

Typically on offer from 1–4 years’ duration, with longer periods available on a case-by-case basis, our RVG gives you the certainty of a guaranteed price for machinery at the end of a fixed term of ownership by your customers.

At the end of the RVG term, the equipment is returned to you and, upon satisfactory completion of the contract’s terms and conditions, you receive the guaranteed amount with the equipment passing to a global industry selling platform for resale purposes.

The three key RVG benefits:

1. Guaranteed price giving you certainty for long-term financial planning

2. Increased parts, repairs and servicing revenue for the manufacturer and franchised dealerships as the machine must be covered by the manufacturer’s repair and maintenance contract for the RVG duration

3. Eliminates the time and costs required from you and your dealerships to sell used machinery
